Description

Introducing the all new "Heavy", a powerful, high weight, nylon webbing with bounce like no other line out there.

This 100 grams per meter beast that is called Heavy is a monster of a webbing. Sporting a 45 kN MBS and a thickness of 5mm, this stuff is absolutely incredible. Don't let the big weight fool you though, Heavy still packs quite the bounce. With a stretch of 8.87% at 6 kN (13.12% at 10 kN), you can get some serious flex on this webbing!

Available in 50m, 60m, 100m, and 120m lengths with sewn loops on both ends, or as a custom length by the meter without sewn loops included.

As Burly As It Gets!

Heavy webbing, super robust!

45 kN of Pure Nylon with a Robust LineSkin Coating

Heavy is an incredibly burly slackline webbing. This beast of a line packs a huge 45 kN MBS, is made from 100% nylon, which adds significant load dampening through it's high stretch, AND has our signature LineSkin resin coating, giving even more abrasion resistance and longevity! We have never had such a powerful, robust, and strong webbing in our shop prior to this.

If you are looking for webbing that can withstand just about anything you throw at it, this is your line. Great for high tension lines, heavy training lines, or even freestyle training lines!

Anti-Twist Color-Scheme

Heavy color scheme

Nice usage of black yarns to give easy identification of twists

Heavy uses a dying process to get the blue color. Because of this, we are limited in what colors we can add as secondary to the dyed webbing. Black is a color that can withstand the dying process without changing colors. Because of that, we can use it in the weave regardless of what color we decide to make the end product. That allows us to put stripes of color wherever we want, which is helpful in providing sided-ness for a solid-color webbing.

Heavy uses two thick, black lines on each edge of one face. This gives a large and obvious visual contrast to the blue, which is easy to spot over long distances.

Stretch

Get the maximum momentum in your bounce!

Typically, a webbing with as much mass as Heavy comes with very little stretch, due to the sheer amount of material in the weave. However, through some clever weaving trickery and use of the highest-elasticity fibers we could get our hands on, Heavy packs a very high stretch, matching and even beating some of our other nylon webbings.

With that in mind, Heavy is usable and actually quite fantastic for freestyle rigs. Use the added mass to gain more momentum in your bounce and more force in the uplift. Our favorite way to rig Heavy is side-by-side with a standard freestyle rig, swapping back and forth between the lines. The added weight trains your muscles much faster.
