Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19

There is no doubt that this is an uncertain time in our history. The global pandemic of COVID-19 is stressing humanity and the infrastructure that we rely on. We wanted to take a moment to outline some things that we are doing here at Balance Community to ensure your safety when purchasing products from us.

1.) Yes, we are still shipping orders during this time. We do not ship 5 days a week though as we are limiting our exposure to other humans as much as we can. So, we are shipping orders 1-2 days a week, typically spread out by a few days. The days that we ship vary from week to week based on order volume. If you would like to know when our next ship date is, please feel free to contact us.

2.) All inbound inventory is set on quarantine for 2-5 days, depending on where it originated from. No hands shall be touching these items until this time has passed to ensure any virus remnants are completely gone.

3.) We have a single person filling orders and that person is practicing safe social distance when away from work as well.

4.) Hand washing occurs before, during, and after every shift.

5.) When outside of the warehouse, said employee wears a face-mask to limit exposure to the virus and follows all CDC recommended procedures for avoiding exposure to the virus.

We highly recommend all customers placing orders with us and other online companies to sanitize their packages and contents when they arrive and/or quarantine the box for several days before opening it.
