For all Warranty issues please contact us

We will gladly refund any returned product under the following conditions:

• Product is returned to Balance Community within 30 days of purchase with the original packing and email receipt
• Product has no sign of use or neglect
• Return Authorization number (RA#) is included with the item at hand

To return an item:

• Contact Balance Community at returns@balancecommunity.com or (818) 527-5225 and include your order number in the email/phone call
• Balance Community will send you an RA# via email
