Description
The webbing sleeve is a lightweight, durable, and super protective sleeve that protects your webbing from abrasion in some of the more critical parts of your slackline setup. Whether you need to protect your line in your webbing anchor or on a potentially hazardous spot on a highline, these are super easy to use and work very well to protect your line!
Our webbing sleeves are available in a variety of widths. Below outlines some of the uses for the specific width:
25mm (1")
This sleeve is what we use to sleeve our standard sewn loops on 20mm webbing. It's a fairly loose fit on a single strand of 20mm. It's a very tight fit on 2 strands of 2mm. 1-inch material will not fit in this webbing.
28mm (1-1/8")
This sleeve is what we use to sleeve our standard sewn loops on 1-inch webbing. It will fit over a single 1-inch wide webbing (very tightly). It's great as a single webbing protection in shorter lengths.
32mm (1-1/4")
This sleeve is our standard TrickZone tubular sleeving. It will fit very tightly over 2 strands of thin 1-inch webbing, or a 1-inch webbing with a 20mm backup. It also is a very tight fit on thick 1-inch webbings like Heavy. It serves well as a moveable sleeve on a single standard 1-inch webbing.
38mm (1-1/2")
This sleeve is a loose fit over 2 strands of 1-inch material and will fit over sewn loops on 1-inch webbing. It's very difficult to get a main and backup sewn loop through though, so only use this if you are sleeving 2 strands where only 1 has a sewn loop.
45mm (1-3/4")
This is our largest sleeve material. It will fit over 2 strands of webbing, both with sewn loops on the end.
All sleeve widths are sold by the meter. You will receive a continuous length of whatever quantity you order.
Size Guide
Our webbing sleeves come in several widths. Here’s what each width is best suited for:
| Width | Best for |
|---|---|
| 25 mm (1") | Sleeving standard sewn loops on 20 mm webbing. Loose on a single 20 mm strand; very tight on two strands. 1-inch webbing will not fit. |
| 28 mm (1-1/8") | Sleeving standard sewn loops on 1-inch webbing. Fits a single 1-inch strand (very tight). Good single-webbing protection in shorter lengths. |
| 32 mm (1-1/4") | Our standard TrickZone tubular sleeving. Tight over two thin 1-inch strands, a 1-inch webbing with a 20 mm backup, or a thick 1-inch like Heavy. Serves as a moveable sleeve on a single standard 1-inch. |
| 38 mm (1-1/2") | Loose over two 1-inch strands; fits over sewn loops on 1-inch webbing. Hard to pass a main + backup sewn loop through — use when only one strand has a sewn loop. |
| 45 mm (1-3/4") | Our largest sleeve. Fits over two strands of webbing, both with sewn loops on the end. |
All widths are sold by the meter — you receive one continuous length per quantity ordered.
