Tensilised Polypropylene Tape

Welcome a new type of tape for taping your highlines! The Tensilised Polypropylene tape is an alternative to the very popular Fiber-Reinforced tape. This tape is very strong at 145 lbs per inch (of width). It sticks to itself very well, is very difficult to cut, and forms well around highline webbing.

We offer this tape in 2 widths: 1-inch and 2-inch. The narrower width is good for most lines with tape spacing of up to 7 meters. For spacing larger than this, we recommend the 2-inch width.

We are also offering a kit with each of these tapes that includes a roll of our Vinyl tape with the same width. It is recommended to use Vinyl tape as your base tape that is in direct contact with the webbing and then wrap that tape with a piece of this stronger tape. The combination makes for a very long lasting tape combo that slides well and sticks well.

This tape does work with our Fiber Tape Dispenser. It is recommended to get one of these as ripping this tape is nearly impossible.
