Description
The Van Beest 7/16" Screw-Pin Anchor Shackles are great shackles for all types of slacklines. They work well with most pulley systems as well as a master point for highlines. The compact size of the bow of the shackle allows for just enough room for most highline anchors as well as the perfect fit for all slacklines in the park.
The smooth construction of the Van Beest shackles prevents any damage to your line from sharp burrs within the shackle. Also, the lack of raised lettering prevents damage to your anchors or other hardware.
Because this shackle is so lightweight, it's perfect for those long highline excursions where pack weight is a critical issue. This combined with the high strength makes this shackle a must for any dedicated slackliner.
- Bow and Pin made from high tensile steel, Grade 6, quenched and tempered
- Minimum Breaking Strength equals 6x working load limit
- Hot dipped and galvanized
- Acceptable temperates range from -20 degrees-Celsius up to +200 degrees-Celsius
- EN 13889 and meets performance requirements of US Fed. Spec. RR-C-271 Type IVA CLass 3, Grade A
