Sewing pattern Bartack ramp for 25 mm webbings Pattern 512
Measured following the ISA 41 elongation test (§9): the webbing is pulled to 1 kN (±0.1 kN) and held for one minute to let it settle, then a 200 mm gauge length is marked on the sample with two needles.
The force is increased to 5 kN and held for one minute, and the distance between the marks is read; the elongation is noted as a percentage of the gauge length. The same is repeated at 10 kN.
