The Lightweight Pulley System from Balance Community is a revolutionary pulley system that has been built with weight in mind. At a total weight of just under 9 pounds, it’s one of the lightest pulley systems on the market! Don’t let the compact size fool you though, this kit is totally capable of getting lines up to 300 feet long tight!
The Lightweight has been built with very high quality components that are built to last. Even when you progress to lines longer than 300 feet, this pulley system will always have a use.
This kit comes with the following items:
Main Pulleys: 2x Rock Exotica Mini Machined Double Pulleys
Also included with this fantastic slackline kit is an in-depth set of instructions, written by Mr. Jerry Miszewski himself! This booklet (sent to you in PDF form) is chock-full of helpful tips for rigging that will teach you to maximize your usage of the pulley system.
I ordered this as my first major step into slacklining after I figured out I liked it by buying a primitive setup. This setup is easy to operate and easy to store. I am using it with the MK4 flight and it has been a delight to use. I feel like there may be one extra shackle in the setup but my friend lost a shackle bolt so thankfully I had a backup. I look forward to doing business with balancecommunity.com in the future.
Very happy with this purchase, have had it for 5 months or so never let me down, only minor issue is with right angle reeving and embedded brake it can release the braking handle, rig mine right angle but add a xtra shackle and a rigging plate and you have a flawless system for very little weight. Fast shipping and awesome customer service! Keep up the fantastic work!
This was my first longline purchase and happy I got it. its a good longline for the beginner like me, cant really complain about anything yet.works great for me and balance community were great with customer service.

So you can't put this high above the ground?

As a stand-alone kit, it is definitely not recommended to use this as a highline. You will need many additional components in order to have a complete highline set, including all the equipment for your backup line and backup anchors. It is not recommended to use this gear for a highline without proper knowledge and additional equipment.

Hey I can't seem to figure out why the swl for this lightweight kit is 1798 lbs, seems like it should be more, mind telling me where my error is, thanks have a great day

The WLL is referencing the weakest part in the system, which is the shackle line-locker on the static side. The WLL without this component would be 10 kN. So, if you upgrade your static-side webbing anchor to an AWL, you can raise the WLL up a few kN.
