Balance Community Shipping Policy
Since Balance Community LLC is an online retailer, we rely solely on shipping orders to our customers once they make a purchase in our online shop. Because of this, we take shipping very seriously and seek to find the best company out there to do it. We use both UPS and USPS, depending on where your order is going and how much it weighs. Both companies offer high speed shipping for a low cost to our customers. We offer three shipping services for Domestic orders: Standard Shipping, 2-Day Shipping, and One-Day Express Shipping, which vary in cost depending on where the destination of the parcel is, as well as the weight of the parcel.

- All orders are shipped with UPS or USPS.
- Orders normally ship 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.
- Domestic shipping can take up to 10 business days.
- International shipping can take up to 30 business days.

- Expedited orders must be placed by 1pm PST in order to be shipped the same day.
- Balance Community, LLC cannot be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages once it leaves warehouse. In the event of damages or packages lost in transit please contact us at (818)527-5225. We will contact the carrier and file a claim so that this issue may be resolved in a quick manner. If package is stolen after delivery the responsibility falls on the recipient.

- Items that are out-of-stock at the time of ordering
